When will my order ship?

Estimated Delivery Times (After 5 days production time):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: shipping times vary by country, up to 20 days
  • International Priority Shipping: 6-10 days
  • International Express Shipping: 3-5 days

If you need your jewelry to ship before our 5 day production time, please contact us.  Rush fee quoted on an individual basis. 

Do you offer custom designs?
Custom designs are available; let’s work together to create the jewelry you’re looking for. Please use the custom jewelry consultation form to get started. 
Is gift packaging available?
All jewelry is shipped in an heirloom box with a ribbon tie. 

A gift message can be added. Please let us know in the notes to seller upon checkout. 

Wrapping can be added upon request.

How can I find out about events and new designs?
Be sure to sign up for our newsletter for the latest information on events in your area, new collection launches and sales. 
What if I need a repair or size altered?
Repairs and alterations can usually be done and typically incur a fee; please contact us to find out more.
Can I replace a lost earring?
Usually a replacement can be made, but it depends on the availability of materials used in the original design. Earring replacement cost is half the current retail price. Please contact us for more information on replacing an earring.
How do I request a return?
Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care; meant to be enjoyed for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be in unworn, undamaged and in the original box to receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us and we’ll get right back to you. If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit. Custom orders are tailored to your specifications, returns are not accepted. Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process.
Does Carrie Whelan Designs offer wholesale?
Yes, wholesale is available. Please contact us to receive more information, but be sure to include the name of your store, your location, and resale number.
