How can I find out about events and new designs?
- Be sure to sign up for our newsletter for the latest information on events in your area, new collection launches and sales.
What type of metal is used?
All jewelry is designed with genuine sterling silver (.925), fine silver (.999). Occasionally other metals are used and detailed in the item description.
Is gift packaging available?
- All jewelry will arrive beautifully boxed, with a postcard that includes the design details. Ready to gift or treat yourself! Send it directly as a gift with a personalized note; just leave a message when purchasing.
What if I need a repair or size altered?
Can I replace a lost earring?
- Usually a replacement can be made, but it depends on the availability of materials used in the original design. Earring replacement cost is half the current retail price. Please contact us for more information on replacing an earring.
How do I request a return?
- Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care; meant to be enjoyed for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be in unworn, undamaged and in the original box to receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us and we’ll get right back to you. If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit. Custom orders are tailored to your specifications, returns are not accepted. Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process.
