A French-Inspired Wedding with Handmade Bridal Accessories
What a joy to be a part of this elegant Connecticut wedding photo shoot! The Fitch House, a historical bed and breakfast, was the perfect setting for a French-inspired wedding. With its historical details and light-filled space, it is a great choice for a brunch time wedding.
The color palette with shades of blue and ivory, along with luxurious texture details reflected the French theme. Lots of fresh flowers, including the flower-lined tables and a floral hand painted cake created elegant elements. The day also included lot of champagne! What would a French inspired wedding be without the bubbly?
Amanda Louise, a popular beauty and lifestyle Vlogger, made a stunning bride. She wore a traditional lace gown along with a lace trimmed veil below her up-do. Accenting her up-swept hair was the BETHANY hair comb. It added the perfect flower hair accent, mirroring the floral wedding details.
The bride wore several other handmade bridal accessories to complete her wedding day look. The GWENDOLYN cluster pendant provided just the right accent to the sweetheart neckline of her gown. The ALYCE two strand bracelet and Elizabeth pearl earrings complete her classic bridal styling.
Bridesmaids wore a selection of pearl and clear gem jewelry. Each bridesmaid wore a pair of BELLE pearl drop earrings with sparkling drops. One special lady wore the CATHERINE choker necklace, a great contrast to her soft, blue bridesmaid gown. Adding just a nod the wedding theme, each bridesmaid wore the AVA pearl flower hair pin. The AVA hair pin is a simpler version of the bride’s floral hair comb, a lovely way to coordinate with her bridal party.
A light snow shower provided the perfect romantic ending to this beautiful, French styled wedding inspiration.
