Payments are processed using Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still checkout using your credit/debit card through Paypal. It is a secured way to pay. If you need assistance or would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us



Shipping and Delivery Times

Many items are made to order, so please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. Lead times on larger orders or custom designs will be provided in advance. 

All items are sent through United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation. Tracking for your purchase will be sent once it leaves the studio. Upgraded shipping can be added to your order and will include insurance. Insurance is highly recommended.  

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once it leaves the studio we have no control over the shipping service.

Estimated Delivery Times (After 5 days production time):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: shipping times vary by country, up to 20 days
  • International Priority Shipping: 6-10 days
  • International Express Shipping: 3-5 days
International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all import restrictions and will need to pay all fees, taxes or tariffs incurred. 

We are not responsible for items held in customs. 

Rush Orders

Most items are made to order, production time is about 5 business days. Custom orders have longer production times and will be discussed in advance. If you need your jewelry to ship before our 5 day production time, please contact us.  Rush fee quoted on an individual basis. 

Sales Tax

Orders from Connecticut will have 6.35% sales tax added to the total.

Return Policy

Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care; meant to be enjoyed for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be in unworn, undamaged and in the original box to receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please use the contact page.

If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit.

Custom orders are tailored to your specifications, returns are not accepted.

Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process.

Repair Policy
If jewelry is damaged during normal wear, please contact us to arrange repair or replacement. Repair charges include cost of materials and time and do not include any shipping costs. Certain materials may have to be substituted due to availability. An estimate of repair charges will be sent before work begins.
