Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care; meant to be enjoyed for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us HERE or via email at info@carriewhelandesigns.com
Returns on earrings are not accepted.
Final sale items and custom orders can not be returned.
The item(s) must be in unworn, undamaged and in the original box to receive a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your original form of payment will be refunded after your return is received. If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit.
Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer.
Production Time
Most of our jewelry and hair accessories are handmade to order, so please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. Some items are ready to ship and can ship quickly, so if you’re in a hurry, please CONTACT US.
Lead times on larger orders or custom designs will be provided in advance.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All items are sent through United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation. Tracking for your purchase will be sent once it leaves the studio. Upgraded shipping can be added to your order and will include insurance. Insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once it leaves the studio we have no control over the shipping service.
Estimated Delivery Times (After 5 days production time):
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
- Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Standard Shipping: shipping times vary by country, up to 20 days
- International Priority Shipping: 6-10 days
- International Express Shipping: 3-5 days

International customers are responsible for all import restrictions and will need to pay all fees, taxes or tariffs incurred.
We are not responsible for items held in customs.
