Sophisticated Wedding Inspiration featured in The Connecticut Bride
Shaken, not stirred… a hint of James Bond inspiration! I am so honored to be a part of this sophisticated wedding inspiration featured in The Connecticut Bride. It was amazing to be a part of the team of Connecticut wedding vendors that put together this day of all things classy wedding. The Wadsworth Mansion, a sprawling Connecticut estate, provided the regal setting. The styling details, like chandeliers strung from trees and natively sourced, deep red and white flowers are so bold and modernly romantic.
A McLaren parked in front of the mansion upped the modern James Bond inspiration. A confetti cannon brings a fun way to celebrate the newlyweds being announced for the first time or ending the first dance. Such great non-traditional photo opportunities, too! Now, on to the jewelry…
Styling the jewelry for this photo shoot, led by the chic gown and sleek hairstyle, required eye-catching pieces. From a small batch of step-cut gems, the bridal necklace is a large gem floating over a long beaded chain. The long chain creates a layered bridal necklace which highlights the plunging gown neckline. The sparkling pendant compliments, but doesn’t distract from the gown shape and gorgeous waist embellishment. Both on-trend and yet classically elegant it’s definitely a necklace that can be worn from the aisle to every day. This item is being exclusively offered to my email list. Are you on the list yet?
Stacking the bride’s wrist with pearl bracelets was like a dream come true for me. A bride layering on jewelry is so stylish. The gorgeous bride wore the KATHLEEN, LAURA and VERONICA bracelets. The combination, popping with gem sparkles and dangles among the pearls, is both playful and feminine.
